Job summary
We are looking for applicants for the position of trainee in the specialization area of SAP Finance VIM. This is a hybrid position with a focus on implementing projects which improve the financial sides of the business. Day shifts may focus on coordination of workflow and efficiency gains. Your role is critical in achieving and optimizing solutions which advance the corporate objectives and contribute to the global good.
Responsibilities
- Work with other departments to apply SAP Finance VIM solutions for more precise and streamlined financial activities for the business.
- Evaluate a business step and its processes and derive for it a relevant SAP Finance VIM configuration which meets the organizational objectives.
- Assist in the resolving of SAP Finance VIM issues by providing relevant processes which are didactic enough to enforce practicality with no harm to the financial processes.
- Create and update manuals for SAP Finance VIM processes and configurations such that configuration and processes are distinct but clearly interrelated.
- Conduct training to other staff on SAP Finance VIM to promote sharing of useful ideas and skills among the team.
- Supervise the operations of the system and proactively look for the better less costly ways of doing the same processes of the system.
- Help in the formation and the implementation of the plans which aim to test the validity of the SAP Finance VIM configurations with the business objectives.
- Work with other relevant parties in the collection and the implementation of the suggestions for the improvement of the SAP Finance VIM system.
- Assist with the integration of SAP Finance VIM with other financial systems for proper information exchange and data accuracy checks.
- Assist in the scheduled project activities in the implantation of SAP Finance VIM Solutions so as to meet the timelines and budget.
- Implement and manage SAP Finance VIM systems and processes in accordance with company policies, rules, and industry best practices.

Demonstrate appropriate ability to interact with and work with other members of the project team and other participants.
